2. Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser information, referrer) in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses; a data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

3. The generator runs in your browser

Your selection and your packing list are calculated only in your browser and are not sent to us. There are no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. Only if you tick “Remember in this browser” does your browser keep the list in local storage on your device; this is necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). Untick it or choose “Start again” and the entry is deleted. The share link contains only your trip settings (type of trip, weather, length, people), none of your own entries.

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
